How it works
Teach it your format. Drop in the raw. Get your hours back.
A handful of five-minute moves for what used to take hours — and it remembers everything you feed it, so nothing is ever lost.
Sign in. Nothing to migrate.
Go to app.envoyrecruit.com, enter your email, click the magic link. No install, no admin call, no browser extension, no data to move. Envoy Recruit sits alongside your inbox, your ATS, and your spreadsheets. Your data lives in a database that's yours alone, and the AI sees only redacted placeholders — never raw candidate names, comp, or contract terms.
Teach it your format, once.
Drop in 2 or 3 JDs or resumes you've already formatted the way you like. Envoy Recruit reads them, extracts the structure, and uses it from then on. You never fill out a rigid form — there are no fixed fields, so you organize information exactly how you think.
Keep as many templates as you want. Most recruiters keep at least two: one client-facing (scrubbed of client identifiers) and one internal (full detail, including pay rate and client name). Switch between them whenever you create something new.
Drop a raw JD, get your template back.
Paste the email you got from the hiring manager, drop an attachment, or point Envoy Recruit at a watched folder. It reformats the raw text into your template, preserves every factual detail from the source, and flags anything missing as a TODO.
The result opens in a rich text editor. Tweak anything. Click Copy formatted and paste straight into BullHorn, Greenhouse, or any rich-text field — formatting preserved through the clipboard.
Tailor the candidate to the role.
Drop the resume or a LinkedIn export and link it to the job. Envoy Recruit produces two files in parallel: the full internal profile with all contact info, and a redacted submission version that replaces the name with "Candidate" and strips email, phone, LinkedIn, and street address. City and state stay. Toggle between the two and copy whichever you need.
It remembers so you don't have to.
Everything you feed it — candidates, contacts, companies — is remembered and searchable, however you entered it. When a new search comes in, Envoy Recruit can resurface people you'd long forgotten and rank them against the role. Optional, always: it's there when you want it and out of the way when you don't.
Send from your own account.
Envoy Recruit never sends anything for you. You copy the formatted document or the drafted outreach and send it from your own email or ATS. Every outbound message goes through your account, not ours. No scheduled sends, no surprise outreach, no autonomous action.
The data promise
Your data stays yours. The AI never sees the raw values.
Stays in your workspace: full resumes, full JDs, candidate contact info, client names, internal notes, your templates. Each account gets a dedicated database, encrypted at rest with a customer-managed key. No cross-account access path exists.
Reaches the AI only as redacted placeholders: before any model call, sensitive strings are replaced with typed placeholders (<<CANDIDATE_NAME_0>>, <<CLIENT_NAME_0>>, <<SALARY_0>>). The model writes using those placeholders; Envoy Recruit swaps the real values back in on the way out. Anthropic, our model provider, doesn't train on API customer data.
Audit-logged, always: every AI call writes a row with timestamp, module, placeholder counts, and token usage. No raw content, ever — the artifact you hand a client's compliance team if they ask.
